What is a creative scan?
A scan is counted when you submit a creative asset or file for testing. If you submit multiple creatives through an excel sheet, text file or ZIP file, each creative will count as a scan.
Is there a cost per user?
No, but there is a maximum number of users per plan. See the plan options above for more information.
How long does it take to get up and running?
As soon as you become a customer, our team of experts will reach out to begin the onboarding process, which typically takes about an hour.
What is included in onboarding?
Our Premium and Enterprise plans include a personalized onboarding program that addresses any questions, challenges, or needs you may have, ensuring you and your team feel confident when operating Advalidation on your own.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
Absolutely not. Advalidation is a monthly, “pay-as-you-go” service. There are no long-term contracts or commitments. If you cancel the service, you will be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We issue invoices payable by bank transfer. Please contact us to arrange an invoice purchase. Please note, we can also invoice in a variety of currencies.
