Personal data refers to all kinds of information that directly or indirectly may be referable to a natural person who is alive (“Personal Data”). Advalidation may store and use this information for the purposes outlined below.
Which personal data will we process?
When you complete the interest form on our website Advalidation collects your name, work e-mail address and job title.
When you or your employer register an Account or enter into an agreement with Advalidation, Advalidation collects your name and work e-mail address.
When you use any software or website provided by Advalidation (the Software and Website),Advalidation automatically collect certain information, including what type of subscription you have and how you use the Software and Website.
Some Personal Data is necessary for Advalidation to collect and process in order to provide the Software and Website. Not providing Personal Data will inhibit the handling and delivery of the Software and Website that you or your employer might expect from Advalidation.
Why will we process the personal data?
When you complete the interest form we process your personal data for the purpose of contacting you, in accordance with your request and for direct marketing purposes.
When you or your employer register an Account or enter into an agreement with Advalidation we may use the personal data in order to give you access to the Software and Website,in order to manage the customer relationship, to ensure that the Software, and Website operates properly and to develop and improve the Software and Website. Advalidation may also communicate with you regarding the Software and Website to comply with law and regulations and lawful regulatory requests or relevant orders from competent courts; to protect and defend Advalidation's rights, property or interests; to protect Advalidation's customers and users.
What is the legal basis for our processing?
Advalidation will process your Personal Data if necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of Advalidation or by a third party, for example in order to perform contract(s) to which your employer is a party and or take steps necessary prior to entering into a contract with your employer.
Advalidation will also process your Personal Data as necessary to comply with legal obligations.

Advalidation will keep your Personal Data as long as required to fulfil its legal or contractual obligations and no longer than is required for Advalidation to fulfil the purposes for which the Personal Data was collected.

Advalidation may disclose the information Advalidation has collected, including Personal Data, to third party service providers in order to communicate with you on behalf of Advalidation through newsletters and similar, to provide customer service or in order to conduct customer surveys or satisfaction surveys.
